Biography

Agronomist, National University of Tucumán, Argentina. Master degree in Local Innovation Processes for Local Development, National University of Mar del Plata. PhD in Humanities, Rural Sociology Area; National University of Tucumán, Argentina.

She works in INTA based in the Agricultural Experimental Station Famaillá, Tucumán. Nowadays, she coordinates the “Platform of gender equity and childhood and adolescents in the Argentine Agricultural and  Agroindustrial system. “

From 2016 to 2018, she coordinated the project “Plots, markets and valuation and marketing strategies.” During 2014-2015, she was the Director of INTA’s Tucumán-Santiago del Estero regional center. She was the Director

of the Agricultural Experimental Station INTA Famaillá from 2011 to 2013. From 2000 to 2010, she coordinated the ProHuerta Program (National Ministry of Social Development-National Institute of Agricultural Technology) in the province of Tucumán.

In her professional internship she acquired experience in management of public policies related to territorial development and food security/sovereignty. She accompanies organizational processes related to social economy and initiatives of commercial alternatives for family farming with a gender perspective.
