Biography

Of Bolivian nationality, Agricultural Engineer of the Faculty of Agricultural, Livestock, Veterinary and Forestry Sciences of the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Cochabamba, Bolivia. Master of Science (MSc) in Genetics from the Postgraduate College, Montecillo, Mexico. Diploma in Higher Education from UNITEPC, Bolivia, Diploma in Management Training from the Bolivian Catholic University, Bolivia. Diploma in Advanced Studies from the Public University of Navarra, Spain. Doctor (PhD) in Agricultural Production and Biotechnological Applications from the Public University of Navarra, Spain. I have worked for 27 years at the PROINPA Foundation in Bolivia. Principal Editor of the Latin American Potato Magazine of ALAP, Section Editor of the UNESUM Science Magazine in Ecuador, co-editor of the Journal of Agriculture in Bolivia and peer reviewer in several scientific journals. He published more than 50 scientific publications between articles and books. He is currently a research professor at the State University of the South of Manabí, Jipijapa, Ecuador
