Biography

Agricultural Engineer. Entomology specialist, with Master of Science and Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences with an emphasis on Plant Breeding.

Plant breeder. It is in charge of phenotypic evaluations for the white leaf virus (HBV), Tagosodes orizicolus and cold tolerance. Likewise, it coordinates the exchange of germplasm among the members of FLAR and is in charge of special CIAT-FLAR research studies.
