Biography

Agricultural engineer graduated from the National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina), specialized in remote sensing. She works in the General Department of Irrigation, the body responsible for the administration and management of water resources in the province of Mendoza.
There she studies the irrigated basins of the province and generates information to support water management and planning decision-making.
She focuses on the study of crop water consumption, using energy balance models and vegetation indices. She also evaluates the performance of surface irrigation (predominant in the province of Mendoza) and works with irrigators to optimize irrigation efficiency with available resources.
