On October 1 and 4, two notes were published associated with the mega-trial to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in livestock systems that are being carried out by the Chilean Institute of Agricultural Research (INIA). In both, Dr. Francisco Salazar, leader of the Environmental Impact Specialty Group of said institution and leader in evaluations of environmental issues in the agricultural sector, explains the manipulative samplings that are being carried out.
