Biography

Higher Agricultural Technician from the "Bolivian Catholic University" (La Paz Bolivia),
has 28 years of extension work, training, technical assistance and rural agricultural development.
He has worked in the Rural Academic Unit - Tiwanaku, INTERVIDA - Technical Cooperation,
PROMARENA. He works as an extension technician Supervisor of the NGO ALTAGRO, 
developing research projects, food security and sovereignty and rural production systems.
