Biography
Víctor Hugo Sánchez is an Agricultural Engineer from the Escuela Politécnica del Ejército (ESPE), has a Higher Diploma in Finance Management from the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) and a Master's Degree in Development Economics from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO). He has worked as a technician in the Directorate of Knowledge Management at the Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (INIAP) and has been conducting socio-economic studies of agricultural technologies for 4 years
