Biography

Luis Fernando Solano, agronomy engineer, graduated from Technological Institute of Costa Rica.  He has worked at research departments focused on integrated pest and disease management and fruit quality assurance of farms dedicated to grow and export fresh pineapple. Since 2020, works as researcher at the tropical fruits unit of INTA (National Institute for Innovation and Transfer in Agricultural Technology) in cacao crops. Currently, runs the component I within the project Plataforma Multiagencia Cacao 2030-2050 Costa Rica.
