Biography
I am an Agroindustrial Engineer with a Master's degree in Agroindustrial Systems and a full-time researcher at INIAP's Central Amazon Experimental Station. I lead the Nutrition and Food Quality Department, where I have participated in numerous research studies related to sustainable production systems for cocoa, coffee, pitahaya, naranjilla, and product development with bioeconomy approaches, among others, in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
